Learninghub24 is an online platform that connects students with tutors and provides access to tutor registration, profile listing, and student lead-sharing services.
We act only as a facilitator and do not guarantee leads, demos, or conversions.


Fees & Payment Terms

  • All payments are one-time, upfront service fees (e.g., tutor registration, premium listing).
  • Fees are clearly displayed before payment.
  • By completing payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Strict No-Refund Policy

  • All fees are non-refundable once any of the following occurs:
      – Account/profile is created or activated
      – Tutor dashboard access is provided
      – Any student lead/contact is shared
      – Profile is listed or published on the platform

👉 This applies regardless of:

  • Number or quality of leads
  • Conversion results
  • User expectations

Limited Refund Eligibility (Exceptions Only)

Refunds will be considered only in the following cases:

(a) Duplicate Payment

  • Same transaction charged multiple times

(b) Technical Failure

  • Payment deducted but account not created or service not activated within 24–48 hours

👉 Condition:

  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of transaction

Non-Refundable Scenarios (Explicit)

Refund requests will not be accepted for:

  • Lack of leads or low response rate
  • Dissatisfaction with student behavior
  • Failure to convert leads into paid tuition
  • Change of mind after payment
  • Partial use of services
  • Inactivity or delay from user side

Cancellation Policy

  • Once payment is made and service is activated, cancellation is not allowed
  • Users are advised to review all details before payment

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3-4 working days
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method only
  • Processing time may vary based on bank/payment provider

Dispute & Chargeback Policy

  • Initiating a chargeback without contacting support first may lead to account suspension
  • Users are encouraged to resolve issues via our support team
  • in this scenario chargeback is to guaranteed

User Acknowledgement

By making a payment, the user confirms that:

  • They understand the nature of the service
  • They agree that results are not guaranteed
  • They accept the non-refundable policy
